Railway tunnels have to be inspected regularly — and doing it by hand means people walking kilometres of dark, confined infrastructure. For SNCF, we built a robot that goes in instead: it navigates the tunnel autonomously, builds a semantic map of the structure as it moves, and flags anomalies for engineers to review. A hazardous manual survey becomes a supervised, repeatable process.

We build a mobile robot that fuses LiDAR, RGB-D and total-station data through AI-agent orchestration to position building elements with construction-grade precision — self-calibrating, mapping the site in real time, and working directly from BIM models.
